Clara refused to watch the fabricated footage alone.
Naomi sat beside her while forensic analysts compared each clip with the mansion’s original archive.
The false video of Clara screaming began with her already standing near the dining table.
The real beginning showed Lenora holding Clara’s wedding ring and threatening to send it to Julian with a note claiming she had abandoned the marriage.
The false video of Grace carrying the necklace box used her face on another employee’s body.

It captured a conversation between Sienna and Grant.
Sienna asked:
“What if Julian comes home?”
Grant replied:
“He won’t. But if he does, Clara will be too frightened to look relieved. He’ll assume she fears him.”
Clara paused the recording.
“That happened.”
Julian remembered entering the kitchen and seeing fear instead of relief.
Grant had shaped even that reaction.
The audio continued.
Sienna said:
“And if he believes her?”
Grant answered:
“Then we use the second plan. He calls Mason, seals the estate, and pulls every board officer into one place.”
“Why?”
“Because while they protect the wife, no one protects the founder vault.”
Julian stood.
The missing voting certificate had not been Grant’s only target.
The founder vault also contained sealed records tied to Hartwell’s oldest assets.
Mason checked the inventory again.
