Colin was arrested first on charges connected to medication tampering, forgery, unlawful surveillance, financial fraud, and conduct causing my postoperative injury.
Ashley was arrested at her workplace.
Her employee access was suspended immediately.
Brent was questioned and later charged on narrower conspiracy and financial counts after evidence showed he knew about the loan and agreed to act as a witness.
Dr. Kline’s medical license was suspended during investigation.
He denied intending harm.
He claimed Colin and Ashley described a genuinely impaired patient whose condition required family observation.
The videos contradicted him.
He had helped design the observation before surgery.
His attorney argued that discussing possible outcomes was not fraud.
The prepared affidavit dated before examination and payment from Keystone Family Hospitality told a different story.

Colin’s mother, Patricia Daniels, called me from an unknown number.
“You are sending your husband to prison over pills.”
“He gave me medication I was not prescribed.”
“He was trying to calm you.”
“He tried to force me out of bed after spinal surgery.”
“Ashley’s children were hungry.”
The sentence was so absurd I almost laughed.
“Then their parents could cook.”
“You have always resented how close Colin is to his sister.”
“I resented financing her business without consent.”
“Family money belongs to the family.”
“My father’s company does not belong to Ashley.”
“Once you married Colin, you stopped being only a Parker.”
There it was.
The same belief beneath every forged document.
Marriage had converted me, in their minds, into an asset category.
My body.
My house.
My inherited shares.
My recovery time.
All resources the Daniels family could allocate according to need.
Patricia continued:
“If Keystone closes, dozens of people lose jobs.”
“Colin should have told me the truth.”
“You would have said no.”
“Yes.”
“That is why he had to act.”
I ended the call.
Detective Park traced it to a phone registered to Patricia.
The protective order expanded to prohibit third-party contact.
