Diversion would have been possible? Given public figure and context, let's say adjournment in contemplation of dismissal after anger-management and community service.
I completed a court-approved conflict-management program.
The press loved that.

My father would have exploded.
Celine would have laughed until she cried.
I also settled Marcella’s civil battery claim for a modest amount covering documented injury, ruined clothing, and legal resolution.
No confidentiality clause about Elowen’s conduct? Better mutual non-disparagement limited to knowingly false claims.
In return, Marcella acknowledged in the civil record she had intentionally destroyed the photograph and pushed Elowen.
No one purchased truth.
We simply stopped litigating frosting.
The false-imprisonment claim related to the doors was dismissed after video showed the doors reopened quickly and no guest was physically prevented from leaving long enough to support the pleaded theory.
