Normally those pages would be marked:
DRAFT — FOR DISCUSSION ONLY.
One exported PDF lost the watermark.
That PDF entered the data room.
Could Damian have intended to pass it off as executed?
No evidence proved that.
Could the practice have enabled exactly that confusion?
Absolutely.
Ethan was disciplined by his firm.
The firm changed procedures.
No criminal forgery charge.
That was where my board email had been wrong.
The unauthorized transaction concern was real.
My personal forgery accusation against Damian was not supported enough.
