Criminal conviction.
Protection order.
Newborn needs.
Safety.

Initial visits:
Professional supervised setting twice weekly.
Why supervised?
Domestic violence against mother, active probation, need safe transition, no direct contact between parents.
Not because evidence he would hurt Ava.
Could supervision later reduce?
Yes.
Then feeding.
I was breastfeeding.
Visits structured around that.
No weaponized breastfeeding to block father.
I pumped when practical.
If feeding needed, supervisor coordinated.
Then Ryan held Ava for first time.
