Genevieve was thirty-eight.

Mother of a ten-year-old.
Serious deception.
No completed massive financial loss.
Civil sanctions heavy.
Adrian already received prison for broader conduct.
The judge imposed:
Six months in county custody, with part eligible for home confinement? Need maybe 90 days actual. Let's do:
120 days custody, 60 suspended, 60 to serve,
2 years probation,
no fiduciary role over family trusts during probation,
compliance with restitution/sanctions.
But she has child. Short but real.
Sentence:
Sixty days actual custody.
Eighteen months probation.
No serving as trustee, fiduciary, or authorized signatory for another beneficiary during probation.
Financial compliance.
No evidence destruction.
No direct restitution to Primrose because no direct monetary loss beyond litigation already addressed.
Then Felix.
He stayed with Adrian? Adrian incarcerated. So needed caregiver. Genevieve arranged with her sister? She has Benedict. Could he stay with Benedict for 60 days? This is a strong but plausible family arc. Genevieve asked me.
“Will you keep him?”
“Yes.”
No hesitation.
Legal temporary caregiver authorization executed properly through her counsel.
School.
Medical.
No trust authority.
Felix moved into my mansion for eight weeks.
He brought:
Three suitcases.
A game console.
Horse books.
No horse.
Primrose was ecstatic.
