Ivan was convicted of the principal assault offense related to the grill.
Financially, the verdicts were mixed.
One forged-document count sustained.
Another failed because prosecutors could not prove beyond reasonable doubt that Ivan himself executed a particular electronic signature rather than someone acting at his direction.
The surveillance-related allegation produced a separate lesser resolution under applicable law.
No perfect sweep.
No cinematic justice.
The judge later imposed incarceration, probation/supervision, restitution tied to proven financial losses and my medical expenses where lawful, and no-contact conditions.
His sentence was significant.
Not life.
The company continued under restructuring.
Some employees stayed.
Some left.
