A park employee had heard part of the lunchbox incident.

A woman named Sarah Nolan had been walking her dog.
She saw Morwenna yank Odelia’s backpack.
She did not see earlier events.
She heard:
“Pick it up and eat from there.”
She saw me arrive.
She saw me put Odelia behind me.
No physical retaliation from me.
Good.
This source does not have me assaulting Morwenna. Important. So criminal track focuses Morwenna only.
Police report arose because I called after leaving park? Maybe yes.
I did not immediately call 911 in source. We can say I called non-emergency after feeding Odelia and lawyer advised. But child physical shove can be reported.
Officer documented.
No arrest.
No dramatic handcuffs.
Child services opened a review concerning Morwenna’s care.
My own parenting was reviewed because she was a regular caregiver and because of custody litigation.
Normal.
Odelia remained with me under current temporary order.
No emergency removal.
The park witness later gave a statement.
No viral video.
