The medic’s body camera captured portions after arrival.
The inhaler was photographed where found.
Witnesses corroborated Linda taking it.
Linda admitted taking it.
She admitted striking Evan.
She initially claimed she placed the inhaler beneath the presents because she wanted paramedics to evaluate him “without confounding medication.”
That explanation did not fit the timeline.
She hid it before paramedics arrived.
And the medic testified that withholding rescue medication during suspected acute asthma symptoms was not an appropriate experiment.
The guardian paperwork was handled separately as potential false representation.
No attempted murder.
No poisoning.
