Its legitimate tutoring, food, and shelter programs continued under employee and community governance.
Former patients held board seats for fixed terms.
No Bennett inherited one.
Clara could have claimed temporary voting authority through Gigi.
She declined.
“My daughter’s financial security does not require me to control workers, parents, or children I have never met.”
Ethan supported the decision without speaking for her.
Lauren declined any position through Oliver.
Maria Santos declined through Lily.
The children’s fiduciaries could approve education, healthcare, housing, and ordinary needs. Custody decisions remained with family courts and parents.
Money could no longer purchase a parental title.
Leah’s emergency nomination of Helen Brooks ended after the restructuring. Leah had never controlled the assets herself.

Clara answered:
“The trust was supposed to keep children safe. Charles turned it into a reason to endanger them. I will not preserve his interpretation because the number is large.”

Lily’s hidden registration was corrected.
