Chapter 23 - Maria stops rescuing me
Maria had been my emergency system since Natalie died.
That needed to change too.
Not because she did anything wrong.
Because I had a pattern.
Natalie died.
Maria stepped in.
I dated Vanessa.
Maria kept Lily whenever Vanessa and I needed time.
Wedding conflict increased.
Maria absorbed more.
