Purpose:
Acquire a distressed office building.
Daniel’s company had been pursuing it for months.
He needed to show $5 million net worth.
Without my house and trust-adjacent assets:
He did not qualify.

Term sheet only.
Due diligence underway.
My access suspension triggered questions.
