I earned significantly more.
I controlled much of the household’s financial infrastructure.
Could a wealthy spouse use money abusively?
Absolutely.
So my attorney, Nina Brooks, insisted on discipline.
“No retaliation.”
“I’m not.”
“No cutting his personal credit cards without advice.”
“Fine.”
“No moving marital funds.”
“Fine.”
“No using Parkwell resources against him.”
“Obviously.”
“No threatening his family with poverty.”
“I didn’t.”
“Good. Keep not doing it.”
Temporary orders addressed:
Mortgage.
Household expenses.
Andrew’s reasonable living costs.
Preservation of assets.
No-contact boundaries.
