Chapter 15 - Celina’s counterattack
Celina obtained her own lawyer.
Then filed a civil claim against me for defamation after learning I had told several relatives:
“She broke my leg.”
Her attorney later withdrew much of the claim after reviewing the evidence.
But not before sending letters.
I was furious.
I wanted to post the recording publicly.
Adrian said:
“Do not.”
I did not.
That was growth.
Instead, I let the criminal case handle facts.
Celina also told extended family:
Clover was trying to send a sixty-two-year-old woman to prison over a household accident.
Some believed her.
One cousin called me.
“She’s still Luke’s mother.”
I answered:
“I’m aware.”
“Can’t you settle this privately?”
“No.”
