Tuesday:
7:10 a.m. — antibiotic — Daniel.
7:00 p.m. — antibiotic — Linda.
Wednesday:
6:45 a.m. — antibiotic — Daniel.
7:15 p.m. — antibiotic — Rebecca.
Thursday:
7:00 a.m. — antibiotic — Rebecca.
6:50 p.m. — antibiotic — Daniel.

Daniel had initialed doses he knew were not cefdinir.
Linda initialed one herself.
I had initialed two after Daniel handed me syringes containing something else.
