He admitted enough.

The probate court separately invalidated the substituted page.

The genuine codicil survived.

That meant:

Hold the disputed shares until the Hartwell paternity result could be authenticated.

It was.

Then apply the 2022 estate plan and valid trust provisions.

Richard’s invented physical-incapacity proxy vanished completely.
