Voss faced overlapping but separate charges tied to Natalie, Emily, fraud, and movement between locations.
Margaret was charged more narrowly.
Her conduct did not equal Richard’s.
She had not planned the original kidnapping.
She had provided food.
Helped conceal Emily’s presence after knowing the confinement was involuntary.

Later assisted with minor concealment steps.
Her lawyer negotiated a plea to obstruction and unlawful-assistance-related charges, with probation, community service, and a short custodial component suspended largely based on cooperation, age, lack of record, and her assistance locating corroborating evidence.
