Connor’s hand-to-mouth motion appeared several times.
Not enough.
Mara said:
“We need the entire evening.”
We reviewed motion clips.

7:19.
Connor returned more than once.
Sometimes Lily was alone.
Sometimes Patricia was in the room.
Once Daniel walked through the background while Connor sat beside Lily.
My heart stopped.
“Daniel.”
Mara replayed.
Daniel crossed from kitchen to hall.
He carried his phone.
He did not look at them.
At least not on camera.
Connor’s hand was under the table.
Nothing visible.
Could Daniel have known?
The footage did not answer.
At 7:19, Connor entered holding a small clear plastic case.
He set it on the table.
The case contained metallic spheres.
Magnets.
I knew them.
I had seen that case before.
Connor carried them everywhere.
A magnetic desk toy he called his “focus set.”
I once told Melissa they looked dangerous around small children.
She said:
“He’s fifteen, Rachel. He knows better.”
