Camilla was charged after prosecutors reviewed:

Greer’s notes.
Pippa’s forensic interview.
Security logs.
Texts.
Medical evaluation.
The kennel setup.
The suitcase.
No attempted murder.
No kidnapping across state lines.
No sensational torture charges unsupported by the facts.
The case centered on child endangerment and unlawful confinement-related conduct under applicable state law.
Camilla initially planned to contest everything.
Then her attorney negotiated.
Why?
The locked kennel was hard to explain away.
So were the texts.
Her eventual resolution included a felony-level child-abuse/endangerment disposition on one count with other allegations consolidated or dismissed under the agreement.
She received a custodial sentence shorter than the maximum, followed by probation, mandatory treatment, and restrictions on contact with Pippa.
